Privacy Policy

Information we store

• Account data: your email address, a password hash or your Google sign-in identity, and your name.
• Course data: your enrollment, cohort, and progress through course modules and tasks.
• Billing data: Stripe customer, checkout, and payment identifiers for purchases you make. Card numbers stay with Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Forms you submit: for example a free session signup, a review, or an interest form. Reviews you submit may be shown publicly on the site with the name and organization you provide.
• Referral data: if you arrive through a partner or affiliate link, we record the referral code, the page you landed on, and whether a purchase followed, so the partner can be credited.
• Visit data: a random visitor token stored in your browser, and the pages visited, so we can count visits and credit referrals. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use this information to run your account, give you access to the course, process payments you start, credit partners for referrals and pay their commissions, show reviews, and send emails about your account and purchases. We do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

• Supabase stores accounts and database records.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Our email delivery provider sends account and purchase emails.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown before you pay. Checkout shows the currency for your location.

How long we keep it

We keep account and course data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your login, profile, and other personal records. Billing records needed for tax, refunds, and partner commissions may be kept, and Stripe may keep its own payment records.

Children

BYOA is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Clearing your browser storage removes the visitor token and any saved referral code. Email nathan@echo-hub.ai for any privacy request.
