AI Setup with Your Tech Team

$5,000 one-time

Includes:

  • One planning session with your tech lead.
  • Configuration of the agreed AI tools for one pilot team.
  • Three agreed workflows using supported integrations.
  • Two rounds of adjustments within the agreed scope.
  • Workflow testing, operating instructions, and two one-hour handoff sessions.
  • A four-week delivery target once access and approvals are ready.
  • Thirty days of fixes for defects in the agreed setup.

Extra workflows, custom integrations, software subscriptions and individual setup for every agent are separate.

Ongoing Coaching and Training After Setup

$300/hr or $1,000/mo

Pay as you go: $300/hour, in office or online.

Monthly package: $1,000/month. Choose one:

  1. Four 60-minute coaching calls.
  2. Two 60-minute coaching calls and one 3 to 4-hour in-office training session.
  3. Two 3 to 4-hour in-office training sessions.

The four-call option saves $200/month, or 16.7%, compared with hourly booking. Additional building and implementation are quoted separately.
